PRESIDENT'S SPACE

The LBJ 100 for 2008 is now History. This was the Lyndon Baines Johnson Centennial Celebration. Lyndon Johnson was one of our Great Presidents and he was Texas Born. Our club's association with this worthy fundraiser is a great honor to us. The HCBTC can be proud that we were allowed to be associated with this great event. The association of HCBTC and the LBJ Friends made this a highly
successful endeavour.

I was a little disappointed that Anne Caldwell's Katy Trail Tour had to be cancelled. Anne told me she felt the cost was too much for most people.

Sunday, May 6th is Marty's ride from Floresville. This is a very nice ride and I encourage you to attend. Jo Nell Zager is an excellent hostess.

I will be working on the Frolic in the near future. Some of the planning is under way at the present time. I have some minor changes under consideration to make the Frolic even better. Teamwork of course, is what makes any project successful.
